  I bought a C200 from Gargash, DUBAI one year ago. First of all they scratched the car during the delivery and obviously couldn’t do anything with the scratch. I’ve got all the proofs so please don’t think that I am dramatizing. Secondly, when I gave the car for service about two weeks ago they absolutely did everything wrong and unexpected from such a brand. The service centre is worst ever. No one ever answers the calls or cares to call back. I gave my car in an immaculate condition and they have delivered it in a total trash (I have the videos for this as well). Thirdly, i asked them to fix the noise in the car and instead they just ruined the alignment of the passenger door. The door doesn’t open properly and touches the other end by scratching the silver lining.
  
  I am not sure whether this is the local management or this is a lack of control from the german authorities.

  Gargash enterprises is one of the worst car dealer i have work in terms of their service center and customer service.
  
  I’m not sure if Mercedes Benz Car manufacturers in Germany knows about whats going on here. I’m also not sure if Mercedes Benz cars has alot of issues mostly repetive which forced me to keep the car at the service center in for a total of nearly “5 months!” (In less than a year!) the car is expensive and considered a premium hight category car under an warranty and it’s only a 2015 model!
  
  It’s my fist experience as an MB owner and i’m madly dissapointed with everything i’m facing owning and spending alot of money!, and surely will be the last.
  
  Now i’m stuck with all of this facing difficulties without a car and pleasing them to fix the car so i can use it. No one even considered my complains and i have nothing more to say than it was a bad decision buying a Mercedes benz.
