Authorized Honda Service Centre. Auto repairs and service is only subject to appointment. Best part is that RTA Taxi is usually just outside the gate when you come out after car drop. Even they have free shuttle service for drop-off at Deria City Center Metro Station at different intervals during the regular business hours.

Very well located in terms of less traffic congestion in the area. Staffs are quite helpful. Nicely maintained facility and not noisy in lounge area. You get shuttle service to Deira City Center Mall every half an hour else check with reception. No pick up service available from DCC mall as of now but may start soon. Free wifi and drinks for visitors. Closely located to Festival City Mall and IKEA. Nearest metro station would probably be Emirates HQ and then take a taxi to service center. Do book a service appoint a week in advance to get preferred time slot especially for weekends.

The worst car service provider
I have been waiting for 5 days just to change a single rear bumper.
You have to wait for their non connected people just get a single confirmation about when to receive your car from their extra expensive service also after they finish changing the bumper and you will NOT get this information.
A lot of people told me to not buy a new car but I thought that I’m dealing with a high class manufacturer so they will provide a high class service and maintenance agency, and now I’m regretting my selection.
I’m so happy with the car but I feel extremely worried when I have to take to the service or for any maintenance.
Very bad experience and I don’t know if I can even give less than one star as an evaluation.

This is an authorised service centre for Honda vehicles located in Umm Ramool. The service advisors are good, knowledgeable and make every effort to explain the need for servicing various sections of your vehicle. The service is expensive when compared to local providers, but remember you get reliable service and genuine Honda parts. You may need to negotiate charges if the service bill is very high, and for minor replacements like wipers or roof bulb, you are better off getting those jobs done at a gas station for a fraction of the cost charged by Honda.

The only place to get a Honda car with an accident repaired in dubai. Good customer service.Prompt delivery. Ensure to have a police report and insurance claim file opened at the earliest so survey and repair happens at the earliest.

Make a prior booking and be on time, that way you will have dropped your car off in about 10 minutes. Very good, helpful and friendly staff.
If you are late for an appointment then you can end up waiting for 20-30 m minutes.
Service and other items are fairly quick and straightforward.
