  My experience is positive. Whenever I had an issue had been seen by an expert and received good advice. Unfortunately I had to visit three times and had received replies to all my questions. However, it is quite pricey even if it’s paid by the insurance.

  You need to wait for 30 minutes to be able to tell the receptionist about your appointment. The orthopedic i met was in hurry and the appointment took exactly 5 minutes and i felt it was all rushed.
  However Hanneke in physiotherapy department was amazing. She is really good and highly recommended.

  The pharmacy service is one of the slowest i have ever faced. I visited the clinic thrice so far and the attitude and service from pharmacy team is not to the standard.
  Also i am echoing on behalf of many who were frustated waiting and with slow pharmacy service in ibn batuta branch of medicilinic

  Well you need to improve the process of registration of patients(this cost you star!!!) , ihave meet with Dr.Maha Ragab , such anice doctor very welcoming ,understanding the kid condition, excellent presentation on how to use the medicine.

  I had pain in my ears, so I visit Mediclinic in IBN Battuta on 22nd October, Doctor name is Dr.Riad mouanayer, in my experience I never seen such a unprofessional doctor. We have been there several times, we never beeen disappointed.
  The moment I entered his cabin, he was very rude. After started testing my ears, he mentioned not to move my head. But, it’s very common if someone is cleaning your ears, unintentionally you will move your head, he started shouting to me without any respect, I was in terrible pain so I couldn’t able to reply him. After he finished the process, he mentioned I am his first patient and I ruined his day.
  
  At last he prescribed some medicine, however he mentioned to come back next week or else go to some other doctor, he don’t care of it.
  
  I strongly recommend the management to look on to this incient, this is not only unprofessional, i feel it is racism. Her after I won’t recommend this hospital to anyone.

  Very very slow service. The receptionist and the cashier play pass the parcel with you. If you are a patient, be asured that you will spend most of your time hopping from one counter to another. And then add another hour for the medecines to come. The doctors however are great. And that is the only reason i come here. If you are in any sort of hurry to visit the doctor, avoid this place. If you have entire day and nothing else to do, this place is for you.

  Very, very, very slow service. After consultation the process is unclear, not only for the patient but for the staff as well, as there seems not to be any kind of organization within their procedures. Everything just takes so long and you feel like you've been forgotten, until you've reminded them a million times of your existence.

  I really wish there was some kind of token system there for doctor's consultation. Yesterday I was at the clinic with my son to see the family doctor - Dr Veda. I was made to wait endlessly. Other people with no prior appointment kept on being taken in for consultation and we were told every time "dont worry, you are next in the line" or "dont worry, it will take only 15 mins" or "just 5 mins more"and we were explained that those cutting the line were emergency case whereas they did not look emergency case at all. I was really offended and outraged with this behaviour and I almost refused to be treated there. I do hope I will not have to go to that hospital again unless I know they have improved in that aspect.

  The clinic is nice and the doctors are friendly. But the big issue was when I wanted to make an appointment. I never success to make an appointment through website or phone. It was hard to reach them by phone. They need learn from their competitor and need improvement in this area.

  I've had very good service at this clinic. They discovered that I had diabetes and worked with me right away. The dentist is so kind and very professional. The pediatricians are also super sweet to my kids. We've been using them since they opened and have visited nearly every department. While not all of the doctors are the best I've had in Dubai, I still trust them and think they do a good job. Remember that this is not a hospital so be glad that they have all the services that they offer.

  Best service i ever received in a hospital. I dont normally write a review but i felt its not right if i dont. From the reception, nurse and Dr. Nader, the gentleman at the X-ray and the nurse at the blood test all made me feel very comfortable. I am in hospitality field so i felt the genuine approach from all of them. Well done please keep the same.
