  Had to wait 45 minutes for the concerned specialist to arrive to duty !!
  no one answers the phone, and its very hard to make an appointment they do not give the appointment right away they will promise to call back and they never do!

  Visited two times myself and the wife two times. Dermatologist and Gynecology Specialists. Every time their diagnostics was bizarre to say the least and wrong in two occasions. Comparing to any other clinic or hospital, the quality of the doctors is low. We wont ever go there. Management should start checking the doctor;'s practice.. doubtful.

  Fast to schedule appointment and quick to see you. Friendly nurses but be prepared to be asked a dozen times for your mobile number.
  
  You would think they would move to all electronic records including the forms you fill out when you check in.

  Friendly enough once you actually get in but doing so in the first place can take ages - organisation is severely lacking. When I went for my appointment I was kept waiting for almost an hour, in a relatively tiny facility with fewer than a dozen staff members. How that's possible I have yet to discover. I had to follow up about a medical detail, just needed them to forward me an document. I called them and was assured that they'd get to it right away and after a week was still standing empty handed. I followed up with email to no avail. Whoever is in charge of the inbox, whether that be the receptionist or otherwise, needs to shape up. If you value your time and sanity I advise that you go elsewhere.

  I've visited twice in Medeor hospital al zeina branch was magnificent service and receptionist staff are very polite,nurses & doctors are very well treated.
