Worst service ever i have seen in hospitals.
Doctor Mrs. Beena is good but her supporting staff are worst
Billing staff are not educated and no idea about insurance coverage percentage how much amount should need be charged.

The management is not good, we need to wait 3 hours even having appointment, wait for registration, then wait for doctor, then wait for test , no idea what was the purpose of that non value added step and then wait for sampling and then again waiting no idea for what , I was given an appointment of 11 am but took 3.30 . The staff is rude. Management need to focus and remove non value added steps.

Not a professional place, everything is delayed, reports takes time to be generated, xray only after 5pm, which can turn to 7 pm also. One word “Pathetic”

I had appointment at 2pm and I reported at 1:45 pm. There was no other patients in front of me. I had to wait until 2:40 to see the Doctor. When I checked the receptionist said there is a cake cutting party happened at 2:30 pm. No point of taking appointment here. I won't go there again

I recently had a bad experience with admin team where they over charged me and the explanation given was that it was a computer malfunction. Though I was very unhappy then as we always liked the services. The Doctors and Nurses are ever helping and proactive in assisting. But we felt cheated with this but I must appreciate the team taking our complaint seriosuly and having arranged the refund immediately to solve the matter and sincerely appologised as well..so we are happy again 😊

Its not only very keen and silent well managed hospital. The hospitality and care from Doctor impressive no doubt. Dr.Radhika warrier is an outstanding doctor explain everything in details about treatment , care to be taken, medicine details , instruct a follow up..etc. Good doctors defenetly people will have confidence in health.

Worst customer service ever possible
Walked in with a very bad fever. No patient was there when we arrived. But the speed and efficiency are such that in minutes the waiting area was filled with patients and they had no control over matters. All this while the doctors were sitting around idle
