staff is good and understanding Doctors are good tooo. must change house keeping staff keeps staring female patients. talks harsh to people going and coming from washroom as it becomes dirty. please observe their behaviour by sending someone in civil its worst then i can explain here i can say this staff is not good for kims medical center's image.

Went there today for something as simple as ear piercing for my 1 year old. Was sent to Dr A.M. Iqbal who is apparently a general surgeon. His hands weren’t still and I don’t know exactly what he did but he stuck the gun in my daughters ear. She was in allot of pain, she was bleeding but he kept on doing his stunts which were a pure fail.
Me and my husband were shook, we even called the police, where he defended himself saying we were overacting and he didn’t do anything wrong.
Had to take my child to the other doctor who gave her painkillers and anti inflammatory and antibiotics would be prescribed if situation worsens.
I wonder what all he’s done to people because what happens in the operation theatre stays inside there.
Please don’t go to him if you value your and your loved ones lives.

Apart form her advice, we felt that she was honest in providing us the right information about the case of our 3 year old daughter when she was stuttering for a while. Although we did not go through program of treatment, as it was not required, our kid now is much better and she has no issued at all in talking. Thanks for Minu and wish her all the best.

Great clinic. friendly staffs..Helping mentality during emergency situations. Today I had a good experience, my kid fell down and he got a minor injury in his nose and had bleeding. During this emrgency situation we visited here. Unfortunately the paediatric doctor was not there. But due to the sudden action of the staff's , the GP doctor(DR. ZIAULLAH KHAN) consulted my kid without even looking the formalities. It was a great experience. Thank you KIMS

Very good Ear doctore. He is spending lot of time with patients explaining all medicine. He is gibing me lot good treatmenst. I got all ok in just 2 day. Very nice. very better than prime and astre hospital treatmenst. best go in morninge. lots rush in evning.

I was referred here by my Insurance Company for an ear problem. Initially I was little angry- why my insurance company is sending me from Jumeriah to Deira to see ENT specialist instead of to nearby Aster/ NMC? But once I met the doctor, I realized the reason. He was very very good indeed. He checked my ear totally - not just a quick look like in other clinics. Then he patiently explained everything to me - all about my disease, treatment, how to take medicine. I had many doubts (dont we all?) which I had never asked any doctor becoz of fear of looking silly. But with this doctor there was no hesitation. Every time I go to any doctor they just insist to me that I must get operated- this was first doctor who actually guided me as to how I can manage my problem without expensive operations. Definitely better experience than in other corporate clinics!

Went for teeths problem. Got good treatments. Reasonable rates and very good doctors. I am little scared of pain and blood but he explained all to me and waited for me to be comfortable which now days very few doctor do. Definitely recommend.

I was fortunate enough to be a guest of KIMS Medical Centre, I say fortunate because I received very good treatment and unending care from all the staff. Very friendly and professional treatment from all staff involved. Everyone made time to provide personal contact and reassurance.

My wife and i came at around 10:20 pm their advertised closing time is at 11 pm still they have denied to see my wife shes suffering from terrible pain in her right leg and couldnt walk very bad service!!!!!!

Almost 45 minutes waiting to get Token Number for GP. Poor Customer Service and only 1 staff to assist Patients at Reception.

Management must change the system immediately to improve the quality of services.
