Visiting the clinic at the reception, registration and cash counter they start conversing in Malayalam, even if we don’t respond to them they still talk their mother tongue language and the same with nursing & pathology staff. Only doctors have professional approach first they talk in English/ Hindi and later if the patient starts converse in their local language then the doctors converse accordingly. Better Dr. Mampilly change your reception, nursing & pathology staff approach to patients. Hoping best service from your end.

Worst experience ever. Rude staff, receptionist. Worst doctors. Not bothered about patients. Blaming insurance and try to reject insurance to take cash from us. Please don’t visit this clinic!!

Worst experience ever.will never ever go to this clinic. Least concern about their patient. Doctor and nurses are very rude. They always blame insurances. They give wrong information about health of a patient that they are not doing well so stop waiting for the approval and get this checkup or test done by now only. actualy they want patient to pay cash that is why they always say insurance company is not approving anything. 😡

Horrible child specialist very rude over the phone.Third class behavior from a professional.No politeness.Din't expect from a doctor.I bet she couldn't make it back home so she's just sitting here and showing off.I felt like I spoke to someone at a railway station back home.pathetic.Shame on her.no ethics fit to be a cleaner.😡
