  The extra star is because the tailoring itself wasn’t bad. But the customer service was abysmal. Before I placed the order I asked if the garments would be ready by a certain date as I urgently needed them. He accepted the order and then proceeded to make excuses and changing the dates constantly. It was infuriating.
  
  I would recommend using an alternative tailor who has an iota of respect for a customers time. Better value and customer service to be had elsewhere.

  Terrible tailor. They don’t follow instructions. The quality of tailoring is extremely bad - they couldn’t even get a straight hem on my trousers or the same colour thread. These are not trained tailors - avoid.

  Had a wonderful experience in Made2Measure. Very skilled professionals and incredibly kind staff. Mr. Lavesh and Mr. Kamlesh and their team have been very helpful.

  I would not recommend this tailor shop as they messed up my suit and did not do the alterations after giving the trial. They even forgot to put the inside button on the pants and made the suit jacket very tight even after giving alterations. Their prices also seemed quite high considering that the quality of their tailoring is not very good. They say they are bespoke tailor but their quality is very poor.

  Bespoke shirts and suits seem a luxury, but when you get it from M2M - its worth much more. Kamlesh and team are absolute professionals and very passionate about delivering quality goods.
  
  You walk in a customer, walk out as friends with their approach to details, discussions and styling.
  
  Would highly recommend their quality of services, genuine approach and quality to all our friends and family.

  I have been stitching all my clothes there. The services is excellent and attention to details is great. I used services of many bespoke tailors and personally recommend the services of M2M.
  
  Special thanks to Lokesh for his service and helping me through the process of selection and fitting- specially getting suits stitched for a recent wedding.

  Thr best place to get a quality suit at a reasonable price. I've purchased suits from cheaper tailors in the past and am always left disappointed. I've had suits from M2M that still look great after a couple of years!
