  You order red and pink roses in pink wrapping and you get white roses in white wrapping. Not reliable. bad customer service. Also they give you a price and then add VAT.

  MY FLOWERS WERE SUPPOSED TO COME AT 11 AND IT IS 12:31 AND STILL NOT HERE. THEY DESTROYED MY SAN VALENTINE'S SURPRISE AND WHAT IS WORST NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE.
  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ZERO RELIABILITY.

  Management of the shop should be a bit more considerable in regards to their working hours. In google it shows that they are open from 8am but in fact they are open only at 10am. Wasted my time coming to their shop today to be advised by the guy inside who was actually working that he can’t open the door till 10am.

  Ordered flowers from London, England for in-store collection on Valentines Day. Staff were extremely helpful. Ordered online and able to chat with them direct using the chat facility on their website. Everything went very smoothly. Great quality and very reasonable. Highly recommended.
