Quick service and easy communication. I called the locksmith, sent them a picture of a key via watsap, and got two copies of my key at my doorstep in 2 hrs!

After finding myself locked outside of my car, I called these guys who surpassed my expectations, reaching me within 30 mins and taking all of 5 mins. Will definitely use them again for future mishaps, key cutting, replacement security keys, etc. Thanks guys!! 👍🏼☺️

No one turned up after setting a time with them.
Spoke to a person called Ali, who promised to be extremely helpful but, never answered his after or called back after setting a time to turn up at 2.30pm. Very irresponsible especially considering the nature of such a service. We had to make alternate last minute arrangements!

They did a great quick job changing my lock. I called them at around 1 am when I locked myself outside the house and they answered and arrived very quickly within 30 minutes. I strongly recommend them.

We had 3 locks changed. The next day one of the locks was stuck and didn't work. They came back later to fix it, but again the next day it was not working. They promised to come again to fix it, but never showed up for the appointment. We called several times and wrote text messages with no responds. The next day we called again and got the excuse that he had been sleeping when we called the day before. He promised again to come by the same day but didn't show up again . We called and he said they would be there in 45 min. Two hours later and with no signs from them, we gave up.
We were very disappointed with their dishonestly and because they didn't show up as agreed.response / report this review
