Great place if you need to fix, polish or just do a bit of maintenance for your watch; cut some keys or anything else. Reliable & trusted service providers. You can also avail a 10% discount if you are emirates NBD platinum card holder.

I highly appreciate Marianne for helping me out in choosing the perfect item. She helped me thoroughly in picking one because I was having a hard time. Avoid. Quoted AED70 to have one key cut, while a competitor located 5 mins away is charging AED5.

Minutes took my watch in for repair of water damage. Upsold me from AED100 to take out the moisture to a full service.
Returned the watch to me with a completely ruined face where they had managed to remove the paint from all over the hands and also 3 areas of the watch face.
Then called Mall Security on me when i refused to pay for the repairs.
Have some humility and admit your mistake rather than running through the standard excuses and taking no ownership.
Avoid lie the plague - similar stories from friends of mine also which i did not know about before trusting them with my watch.response / report this review -

This is one of the most pathetic services I have ever experienced. $157 dirhams to scan 29 pages and only 3 were uploaded. Absolutely no care whatsoever for customer service and poor communication skills.
