On the 22nd of July 2019 I visited Lifestyle at the Mall of the Emirates and had one of the most unprofessional, inconsiderate and unempathetic experience with the staff at the Bourjois counter who is called Anne from Pakistan. Aside from Nyx the other makeup brands do not carry shades for black women despites the fact that dubai is diversed and these makeup brands have shade ranges that cover all complexions. I do not know if you guys think black women can not afford the makeup or do not need variety of makeup, or are all of the same shade(one shade fits all). Back to your staff Anne who clearly had no idea about inclusiveness and the need to listen and feel for customers who visit your stores. She basically was making fun of the situation, not listening and trying to impose her ignorance on me which is sad. Lifestyle team, black women need to be represented amongst your staffs, shades for black women need to be made available as well because I will like to try other drug store foundation other than Nyx Thanks.
