I was 12 weeks pregnant and I was bleeding. I had an eco and they told me that the baby died.
I went the next day to Medcare and the baby was alive!!!
The doctor had a very bad smell
the dentists are really bad. I had to go to the dentist in Europe because my fillings
Mostly of the doctor don't speak English .
They asked my husband what language are you speaking?
    English I am British!!!
Avoid them. I have made a complaint and they apologised

I felt so mistreated by the ENT, he inserted God knows what inside my nose and when i told him it was uncomfortable, he brushed me off, tears were running down my cheeks endlessly due to to the discomfort, he kinda of like just brushed me off ' why you crying, I do this with kids and they just smile', I told him to stop, I walked out and never returned to the place. Had a previous bad experience with the Gynecologist there too.
    Would not recommend, at all.

I was a non emergency walk in patient today. Not a bad hospital as some of the reviews claim. Nice reception and clean. The only issue I had was with the so called specialist, Suresh. After entering his room, he was texting and kept using his phone. This is unprofessional when a patient is in your presence. Nurses seem understaffed, but doing their best under circumstances.

    !!!!DANGER!!!!

Nobody who needs Emergency help should go to LIFELINE Hospital in Jebal Ali!

They have an Emergency Ward with many ambulances parked outside but when I went there complaining of Hernia pain, there was no doctors on duty.

When I asked the receptionist about it, she said shes not the one responsible and it is the management's duty to ensure doctors are available in case of an Emergency. She said the management is not doing anything about the issue and not answering the phones when she calls. She said every patient who comes to the hospital complains to her but she cant do anything. She acknowledged that in case anyone comes to the Emergency Ward then, there is high chance that person will not survive without a doctor present.

There was not a single car in the hospital parking lot, and the hospital in general was empty, and I think the management is planning to close the hospital. There is no other explanation for the gross negligence of human life.

Anyway I am going to report them to the authorities. Just wanted to post this message first just in case it will save any lives.

I gave blood sample for testing and they lost it. After three days, after my queries, they admitted that they lost it and they simply told me to give blood sample next day. Manager is never there. Probably that's why. They act like they are running a Supermarket rather than a Hospital.

Worst and should not trust this hospital.
    Doctor give incomplete medical prescription.
Took blood sample and done nothing.
    Giving usless commitment.
Its very risk to go to this hospital.

    1. we were ask to sit down and wait, all the patients who are coming after us gone one by one and we are still waiting and no one even ask anything.

finally I have to go and ask what we need to wait for and realised that nothing was done by main reception and need to go back to main reception desk and ask again.

    3. we met doctor Veneeta after 50 minutes and asked to give blood sample and advise to take vitamin and we were told that blood test report will be ready by the same evening, but doctor said, she will call tomorrow morning regards to the report.

    4. we left the hospital and proceed to pharmacy to collect medicine,  Pharmacy refused to give medicine as doctor provide incomplete prescription such as concentration of drug (THIS CAN BE RISK TO THE PATIENT) and I have to call to hospital for 7-10 times for 1 hours waiting outside the pharmacy.

5.I supposed to receive the call from doctor or hospital regards for report of blood sample this morning, but no one call from hospital till 11:50, again I have to call again and again to know regards to report, finally I have chance to speak to doctor at 13:00 and doctor and hospital staff does not know what is happening about the report and doctor said she will call me back in 5 MINUTES, it now 19:10hrs and no one call back, very funny things, doctor give reason is MAY BE INSURANCE IS NOT APPROVED YET, I made a call to insurance and they confirm no request has been received from Lifeline hospital.
This is absolutely unprofessional and untrusted services.

If I could rate this at a zero star rating I would purely because of the experience with the doctor. I have just returned from Lifeline with my husband. We saw an internal specialist-Dr Ahmed Hosni. This doctor did not listen to my husband or myself as we tried to explain the symptoms. He immediately brushed us off as having come to the wrong doctor even though it was the emergency department who advised us to see an internal specialists. He listened to my husbands chest and said that from his examination he could find nothing wrong. He advised a multivitamin and antibiotics even though he had said he has found nothing wrong?! When I questioned him about his advice that my husband 'take more rest' he abruptly said that is whey we will do blood tests. The main reason we went there was because since returning from Africa 48 hours ago my husband has not been awake. He paid no attention when I said that he has had a headache and has not eaten. I would really advise you to steer clear of this doctor. The nurses and reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

I use this hospital often. Bitter sweet experience. Good service but when my baby needed a surgery, we were referred to another hospital without an ambulance and it was an emergency. I was told to sign a document which I refused to. Otherwise, good hospital. Dr Sucharita, Dr Shatish great pediatricians.

    Terrible experience in this hospital.

Minutes after my wife gave birth there, a nurse asked me to sign a paper so they give artificial milk to the baby; I asked her to give me few minutes to consult the pediatrician, 10 min later, I went back to see that they asked my wife to sign and then they gave the milk to the baby without a reason.

They took an hour to give the baby to his mother for no reason, only because the nurse is too busy with other patients.

Two weeks after the delivery, my wife has fever; They made their investigation to find that her uterus was not cleaned enough in the delivery.

While she was admitted there, an internal medicine doctor prescribed her antibiotic. He said it is safe for the baby as she is breastfeeding. I went and asked the pediatrician if it is safe, he said no, it is NOT ! but asked me to not tell that doctor. Oh . . really, who I should believe now!!

Also, on the delivery day, I asked them if there is any type of test important for the baby even if it is not covered by insurance, they said no tests are required. After two month, I took my baby to the same hospital and met a pediatrician, he asked me for the results of the baby screening test. I said which test?! he said on birth, there are important screening tests to be made!!

One thing to say, that you can still see good doctors there & amazing nurses, but in short, I dont recommend them unless you know the doctor.

I still have long list of complaints which made me finally decide to never go back to this hospital; I cannot trust them anymore. I always thought that I might be wrong and used to give them excuses but not anymore. Our health has priority.
