  Yesterday when we phone to this clinic to make appointment for my baby, they said that our insurance it will be covered. Today we drive from RAK to see doctor Stephan and after we done our registration with them, they changed mind and say that our insurance is doesn’t cover. Such a bed service from the front desk. And when I ask why yesterday you tell us that all is will be covered and today , after when we arrived is not? - there is was no answer from them.
  
  So be careful with making appointments with this place. We faced first time such a experience like this.
  
  We left and don’t meet there’s doctor Stephan. Unfortunately…

  Services is such a shame. please don't write to contact etc or to reach some email. I have been following since two week, 5 calls. Reach to Complaint manager for barsha clinic as well. No use at all. Just no use at all. Just check internally with your record why I reach this level to post comment for everyone.

  One of the best clinics and doctors in Dubai. My best Dr there is Dr Salwa Alkholy she is really great with her way of treating her patient

  We waited over an hour and a half for a pcr test in this walk-in facility recommended by Emirates. The bottleneck was the receptionist who took over an hour to “register us” because she was constantly distracted and had no clue what she was doing. Very disappointed and truly shocking.

  They have one of the best physiotherapy departments. I broke my right arm and Athanasia helped me to get full function back and reduce pain. Very experienced and knowledgeable. She used pictures too to help me understand what was going on with the bone, muscles and tissue. Very professional.
