  I went to exchange a gift and was shocked with customer service !
  First they said only diamonds can be exchanged with diamonds not anything gold not sure why if the necklace is bought from same shop.
  After several arguments ; they agreed to call manager and check who accepted so I was ok
  The bad thing was that they said tug can’t exchange till we validate the item which was so surprising as I had the certificate and it’s small amount like 1800 dhs necklace .
  This validation they said will take one day where I need to leave the item . If item is bought from the shop two days back abd I have a certificate what is this customer service I had to go back after this validation which I am not sure why if it’s their item and they checked certificate.
  Very bad customer service as I have not seen this before in dubai

  First of all, I would like to thank Liali for my amazing shopping experience. I was about to make an online purchase for a ring, but as I am leaving tomorrow for my vacation I have to make sure that the delivery won't take long, I have contacted their Customer Support where I got connected with the amazing and lovely gentleman Mr. Ismail, he helped me through the process from beginning to the end and he assured the ring will be delivered tomorrow to the specific location as I requested for it.

  I had many bad experiences lately with Liali branch located in Meadows Town Centre since this manager joined the branch! He is completely incompetent and should not be dealing with customers!!!!
  I bought a pearl bracelet for my mom mid May and after couple of weeks, the pearls fell off while my mum is sitting next to me in the car and all pearls fell off everywhere. She took it for repair and said the quality is bad but he told her it's cheap and only cost AED 550!!!! She told him to repair it. After 2 weeks, we called and he said it's ready and he forgot to call!!!! We went to collect and he said we had to add 4 pearls and the cost is AED 210!!!!! He never called to say about the repair charges to get it approved first and now he's saying if we don't pay, they will deduct from his salary???? Really I don't know what to do!!

  Brilliant service from salesman Vishal Sharma with his "it can be done" attitude. Between my husband and me, we had five treasured family rings repaired, cleaned and polished. Pre-sales advice was spot on, post sales follow up too. The rings look better than new and Liali proved to be outstanding value. No hesitation to recommend this place. Should have gone there years ago! Thank you Liali and Vishal.
