I ordered a beautiful custom ring with Diana Jewellery, communication was very clear and they were very responsive. I paid a deposit however my flight to Dubai was cancelled, and due to work I couldn’t make it into Dubai. I cancelled my order within 24 hours so I was given full refund. Diana Jewellery were very accommodating, I was given my refund the next day, it was one of the best online experience. I was communicated to during the entire process, also when I cancelled I was getting constant update on my refund. I was so impressed with the amazing customer service. They offered me different options for delivery and I am so pleased and looking forward to ordering my ring again as soon as I get home. Thank you

We ordered a custom eternity ring from Mona and the Diana Jewellery team from Australia. Mona was extremely professional and accommodating and worked with me in the design process to make sure the ring was exactly what we wanted. The ring arrived this week and to say that I'm happy with the final product is an understatement. It's SO sparkly and the craftsmanship and quality couldn't be better. I will be recommending Diana Jewellery to all of my friends and definitely ordering more pieces from them in the future. The value is unbeatable compared to what's available here in Australia and the ring is stunning. The pictures don't do it justice!

This company is a hidden gem! My wife found Diana Jewellery on line and although we had not heard of them before we decided to pay them a visit - we are so glad we did! We did not call them before going we simply turned up at their door and rang the bell and were immediately ushered in to their very quiet and businesslike premises. Mona dealt with us and listened very carefully to my wife when she described what she wanted and what our budget was. Mona was very patient and helpful as we worked through the various options and eventually helped us to select a diamond that was larger than we had thought we could afford (because their prices are so reasonable). Mona was not pushy in any way and was very keen to show us similar diamonds and rings that they had in the shop and pictures of what we could expect the finished ring to look like. She then helped us decide the design of the ring and the setting and suggested using triangular diamond baguettes that were shaped in such a way as they would really help enhance the look of the main diamond as well as a setting that would provide security and show off the diamond best. A total price and expected date by when the ring would be ready was agreed and we paid a deposit and left. I was very surprised at just how quickly they would have everything finished - it was days and not weeks!

I was delighted to receive a call a few days later to say it was ready and we went to collect the ring and complete the balance of payment. My wife was really happy as it was even better than she had hoped for or thought it would be.

If you are searching for somewhere that will give you the best value, great service, help with your selection and design and all this in a pleasant and non-pushy or judgmental environment then Diana Jewellery is the place for you - you will not be disappointed and will leave delighted.

At all stages throughout the design process Mona communicated promptly & thoroughly & answered all emails without any delays. I cannot recommend Diana Jewellery highly enough. I took a picture of a ring that my daughter liked to Mona and her husband and they helped me find the perfect stone and walked me through the design process step by step. My daughter's fiancé and I viewed the workshop and saw how the rings were made by hand. Both Mona and her husband spent a great amount of time with us to make sure we would get the ring that my daughter desired. If you are looking for honest, quality work with fair prices this is the place to visit!

Robert and Mona were absolutely wonderful individuals when it took time to purchase. They were unbelievably patient (considering I looked at dozens of pieces of jewelry), kind and informative. The turnaround on the custom piece was fashioned in record time and I'm grateful for the beautiful craftsmanship. Thanks to the team at Diana Jewellery for the great work they did on a custom pear shaped engagement ring. The process was really straight forward, I left an enquiry on their website and I got a WhatsApp message from Mona that day. Next day I visited their office in Dubai and was given all the different type of options that were available to me as per my budget. Because I didn't have much knowledge at the time about diamonds I was quickly brought up to speed about different types of colours and clarity's etc. and even was shown live differences between each type. We basically ordered the perfect diamond within a week after the consultation and the work began. They first provided a 3D rendering of the ring before commencing the actual work and the ring itself was ready within 2 weeks. I would highly recommend Diana Jewellery to anyone who is after a custom made ring. Thank you very much again guys we will be back for our wedding rings soon !

What a brilliant company. I was struggling to find a company in the UAE that could make a fine detailed ring. I had an idea of what I wanted and as soon as I went to see Mona from Diana I knew these people were the real deal. They gave very professional service with great info on everything I asked. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, while also keeping ones budget in mind and not trying to push a higher ticket sale. They guided me through everything with a lot of patience, considering I had absolutely no idea about rings and diamonds. They designed a unique, one of a kind ring with amazing detail and I could not be happier with the ring and how easy the process was. Super experience, wanted a customized ring, just showed Mona a vague picture and she understood completely what i wanted, and infact gave me better than what i had in mind. She made a white gold and moonstone ring for me, i love it!
What i loved about their service was:
1. My first few consultations were done on email which was super convenient for me.
2. When i went for a final consult, Mona gave me many options and explained to me the specific practical issues to consider before finalizing a design, like weight/height of the ring ( if i have to wear it everyday as opposed to once in a while) , material of the ring, tightness of the ring etc.
3. They let me tour the workshop and let me watch the final stages of making my ring which was very special to me. ( i personally saw how the goldsmith was dedicated to giving me the best product spending his time carefully putting the finishing touches to my ring)
4. They accept credit cards.
