  Best flowers shop in Abu Dhubi
  I like the flowers arrangment, special boxes that i nevar find it anywhere
  I also like thier cake and chocolate
  Difinitly i will come back again

  I could relate to Ali. I ordered on the 14th, the person I was talking to in their whatsapp said it was delivered but their florist called it was not delivered on that day. We previously had an agreement that I will order only if they can deliver that day and he or she agreed and gave contrasting message with the florist. I even have to ask for picture for proof but only to be given with a flower pic that I am not sure if that is really it coz it doesn't look anywhere near their display picture for that product. They should take a pic of the recipient receiving it so we know it was indeed delivered especially with all the ruckus that has happened.

  I’ve ordered this a few days ago to be delivered on the 14th. Firstly, I didn’t get a time that it will be delivered, so I contacted the shop a day before and they said around 4pm. The same day of delivery they said between 5-8pm, then at 8 they told me 9pm as its with the currier and he has a lot of orders that he’s delivering. At 10:30pm the currier calls me and tells me that he just collected it from the shop and will need 30 mins to deliver. I told him to send it back to the shop. This isn’t how a shop should work, if you can’t handle the capacity then just stop accepting orders easy as that don’t make people depend on you. The whole night was ruined all because waiting on them.
