Tried laundry lounge for the first time and was impressed by the services. The guy who helped me was Shahid who was very helpful and explained to me on how to use the machines and use the correct settings for the wash. They have individual washes
and drying service which costs 35aed. They also have packages which are more economical. Definitely going to try again.

Excellent and convenient for those who live nearby. Otherwise it does not become a cheap choice at all.
To try the service I went all the way from AlRiqa to the laundry to find that the service will cost approximately $10 in addition to the journey cost come and go.
Excellent service but I hope they would consider lowering their prices a bit.

Life saver! After we spontaneously decided to stay 6 weeks rather than 10 days, we needed to get laundry done. 😅 I was so happy to discover this place nearby bc usually these kind of salons are not really a thing here. Really uncomplicated, friendly & helpful staff and quick - you can get wash and dry in 1 hour if you have little time and choose the fastest option. They also have detergent, which was great bc obviously for 6 weeks I don’t want to buy a whole pack.

High quality washers and dryers. Excellent customer service. Convenient card system. We were told by our hotel that there was no self-service laundromat in Dubai. But with a little help from Google we found this place and were super happy to do our own as we are a family of 5 visiting here for a month. The place was clean. There are convenient shops nextdoor and nearby to pass time as we waited.

Laundry Lougne is the only one in Dubaï in Self service, property and quality and very good price. If you are on a hotel its must to come in this laudry for clean an dry clothes with good price and offer.

The two gentlemen that work here showed me step-by-step on how to use the machines. The one person gave me a list of all the different prices for the different services offered. The waiting lounge is very clean. And free wifi for us travelers. Will be back the next time I visit Dubai.

This is probably still the ONLY self-service laundry in Dubai if not all of UAE. Not so easy to find any until I found this one. They claim to still be the only one!

The shop is small but efficiently organized. There are no coins involved but you obtain a rechargeable card. The machines appear very new and clean and efficient. Basic laundry soap is available if you want or you can purchase some from them directly or one of the shops in the same location (at least 2 markets in same section).

The idea of "self-service" is more of a Dubai transliteration as you pretty much drop off or maybe put your clothes in the washer and leave the card with the attendant who actually completes the process including folding. This appears to be a courtesy so I believe a tip is in order in this case.

This is far less expensive than using the "per piece" method normally done in most hotels. There may be other laundries that offer service by weight or other such means.

The shop doesn't seem to have much air conditioning as other posters have mentioned. Certainly this is a real issue.

Really well priced, great service. The only self-service laundry in Dubai (although they also offer serviced 'wash and dry's). Relaxing wait for my laundry with free wifi and a comfy waiting area. Easy from start to finish.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Courteous Service. Value for money. It took just 1 hour for our Laundry to be done. Clean, well dried and neatly folded.
Next time I visit Dubai, will definitely use their services

Amazing place and great service! I went yesterday, I left my things to wash and they took care of everything! I came back 3 hours later after I finished visiting Dubai Marina and I found all my clothes washed and dried and folded in my back up 😍😍😍 thank you!!

Great customer service and very polite/friendly staff. Dropped off my laundry and it was ready for pickup with 1.5 hours. Highly recommended for those who are always on the run or don’t enjoy doing laundry themselves! Also, prices are very reasonable especially if you buy the monthly packages.

I tried it today and the their service was top notch. I liked how modern the place was.Shoutout to Ali who works there who is very polite and knows his work well. If you are a traveller on a budget and you don't want to spend a lot of laundry Laundry Lounge is the best place for you :)
