Looks like a newly built hotel. Room size and amenities are good. We took a sea side room but the windows are not useful to get a view coz they are not full size windows ( ceiling to floor ). Our check in was smooth, but larger groups were complaining of delays of an hour or so. Pool is open to sky and not temperature controlled. They have a nightclub on the 19th floor. The rooms on the lower floors may have some noise getting in.
On the 7th floor we could hear it but not so much as to disturb the sleep. There is a spa, gym sauna on site. Good place with the beach on the opposite side of the road. Prices for the rooms are very reasonable.response / report this review -

Very good hotel. We booked 2 rooms but in 1 of the room we could feel the base & sound of loud music coming from the clubs located in the same building

This Hotel should not be classified as a 4-star hotel!
Pros :
* Decent room with a good TV
* Jazmine Spa was a great experience! A must try for the massages
* Breakfast buffet was good enough.
Cons :
* The staff seem to be working under constant pressure, hence many mistakes made.
* Parking was really poor. No Hotel parking as such, so you have to "Park at own risk" in a vacant plot next to the hotel. Furthermore, the vacant plot is a sand dump with rocks strewn all over.
* A misleading advertisement, THE BEACH , which is walking distance Requires you to cross two busy roads which does not have a pedestrian crossing ( so the age old game, check when the coast is clear and scoot over )
Overall :
If you willing to put up with the Cons mentioned.. Then worth a shot.response / report this review -

We didn't look carefully when they claimed a 750m to the beach. It's actually across a busy main road. Once you get to the beach it's nothing to shout about and not at all inviting. Felt like there was slime on the sand.
Rooms were very basic. Two star standard really. Check in and out took absolutely too long even when we've booked and paid online.
Front desk didn't seem to know what they were doing .
We didn't bother with their breakfast. Didn't look appetizing at all.
There was no parking at all. So you have to find parking along the road or squeeze into the empty lot next door.

Valet service is bad, they hit my car while parking and didnt even bothered to informed me. The room service guy was coming in our room just like this.. first they rang the bell and when we were sleeping so they entered in the room and put the stuff and went back.. how can a room service boy enter without permission.

Very nice, more on the upmarket side. Friendly and helpful staff. All facilities that you need are there. Centrally located.

General Rating:
An average economic hotel with basic services and amenities, suitable for people who spends the full day our and only wants a place to sleep + families and singles travelling with low budget.
Pros:
- Great Location facing the beach and very near to city center
- Beautiful view overlooking the see, the higher floor the better.
- Prices are low on everything.
- Comfortable bed, and good TV
- Noise isolated
Cons:
- Staff are good but not very professional exactly what expect from a two star hotel, although they claim they are 4 stars hotel but its more of a two stars hotel.
- No parking in the hotel, you have to park in the street or in the empty plot beside the hotel
- The breakfast is very very bad, the worst i had in my life from a hotel and not enough food for everyone, once its finished there is no replacement (They don't serve real coffee in the buffet but instead they have nescafe, the bread toaster is very weak and slow)response / report this review -

V Hotel is a standard hotel for those under a budget. The staff are friendly and helpful, but service isn't excellent. However, it isn't bad either. They have a nice lobby and a horrible parking system. The smart TVs in the room are a ++, overall, wouldn't mind terribly to stay there again. Rates are good if booked online.

We stayed in the executive suite. Well, the plus points were the room was big and it was great space for us. However, the low points - the bed smelled funky, the service was slow and almost unresponsive, and amenities weren't well set. We were provided a mini kitchen with no tools to cook or do anything. Overall, if you want a nice space to chill but don't intend to sleep. Its a good space.

Well check-in took a long time, close to 15 minutes as there were many guests checking in for the long weekend. However, they should have more staff based on needs.
The reception never answered the phone - I tried calling them on route around 3pm; tried calling them once in Fujairah for directions; once about the parking; and twice from my room before 9pm - no luck.
The mini-bar is empty. What they meant is that there is a small fridge in the room.
The gym is listed as open at 7.00am in the hotel information folder in your room. Once I got there, I was told it opened at 8.30am.
On the positive side - the staff is friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet is ample and good quality.
Parking is a bit haphazard, but convenient.
Close to beaches and centre of town.
Rooms are quiet despite many large families staying during the long weekend.
Close to restaurants - you can park the car and forget about it during your stay.
Rooms are clean and not overly cluttered.
Rooms have fridges, iron and board, kettle and nice bathrooms. They have nice views - I took a sea view room, but the city view room looks better.
No problem recommending them, as much more positives than negatives.response / report this review -

Very bad, very disappointing, it was a good place but now ruined. Very very very bad service, dirty room( mould in bathroom sink, dirty glasses, dusty furniture, stained towel, ) all they keep saying is sorry but making no effort of fixing it. Couldn't use sauna because one staff member was off.like really!!!! The list is endlessthe manager doesn't care about the guestswonder why he is even a manager.bottom line, worst experience ever pictures mould by the sink attached.

I would not recommend this hotel. The swimming pool was dirty there were bits floating in it. The changing rooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in the last few weeks. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was OK nothing special but the floor was filthy and we were there early so it was not from the breakfast rush that morning! We had a 2 bedroom suite which was nice but the fridge had a terrible smell and there weren't enough cups in the room, I did ask for 2 more to be brought but that never happened. The worst part of our stay in this hotel was the fact that despite requesting a cot for my 15 month old son at the time of booking the room and confirming at check-in around 3pm that afternoon we did not recieve it until 8pm by this time my son was already asleep I had asked several times they kept saying they would bring it in the end I went down to reception and was told there were no cots, I requested to speak to the manager, he cowardly refused to speak to me and left his staff to deal with the problem. I waited in reception for around an hour until finally the sales manager said he would go and buy one from the store then miraculously a cot appeared in our room.

good value for money. yet, one time after checking out. i remembered that I forgot my shorts in the room. i called them so they can keep it for me. and they said that there was nothing in the room.

One of the reception employee was completely taugh and not cooperative. Ladies sauna was not working and ladies were use the men sauna. Jacuusy pool is cold. Kids pool is very small.

اذا كنت اتفكر اتي هذا الفندق امسح هذا التفكير و روح اي مكان ثاني أول ما تدخل اللوبي اتحس بضيق لأن المكان مزدحم و حشرة و خايس و ذباب يطيرون و الجرائد طايحة على الأرض.
ما يستاهل فلس واحد.
If you were thinking about staying in here then delete that thought and turn back turn back and never come back cuz this hotel is the worst hotel I've ever been in.
The lobby smells horrible, it's noisy, the decor is boring, and it's crowded. Oh and expect delays when checking in.
At least the staff was kinda nice but just go to another hotel.

A budget hotel with service going along with price. Both sea view and mountain view are awful. Food is excellent but with few choice.

Hotel rooms are okay. The bed is firm, but sometimes bad smells creep in through the plumbing. The wifi is good, but did cut out at times.
If you want parking, do not show up after 2000, as the residents in the surrounding buildings occupy most of the lots, which are not marked and any space a vehicle can fit, will be used.
There was lots of trash around the hotel.
For the price it was good, but I was just there to sleep. Spent most of my one day out of the hotel.response / report this review
