  I had taken a few laser hair reduction sessions for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the results. Painless process. Although she has a sensitive skin, but there were no side effects on her skin. Highly recommended. Double thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻

  One of the worst clinic all the time . I booked an appointment and confirmed the amount of Aed 100 for consultation.But when I visited to clinic they told me to pay Aed 300 for consultation.

  Don't go to this clinic! So expensive! i pay 600 AED for a cream for my skin and I didn't feel any efficacy!

  The best place to get your beauty enhanced. Excellent service and support. I'm saying this from my experience as a customer since 2013. Need to mention on Ms. Rihana's service. She is excellent, very patient and a well experienced person.

  First of all they do their bussiness very well they made me buy some useless face cleanser for 300 dhr and 200 dhr a moisturiser and 300 dhr for a toner , there wasnt any result and changes in my acne , A good doctor have to tell u the ways to prevent the acne in different way for example The food you are eating stop eating this and that but in this case when u want to consult with the docter she/he will start with the treatments details and the next thing you gonna know is the receptionst will walk to you to pay 3000 without even letting you know before the consultant or after consultant .

  I've been a loyal customer for 12 years at Kaya Mega Mall, being one of their first customers when they opened. During that time they offered lifetime laser treatments which we paid for. After 12 years of being treated I was surprisingly DENIED treatment for not being eligible for more. This is obviously an error, but to my surprise NO ONE is looking into sorting this out. I live in London and come to India every 2 years to get my treatments done. I have a wedding in Delhi next week and yet despite countless emails - NO ONE is responding or acknowledging any of it. Their customer service is appalling - NON EXISTENT. If this is how they treat a loyal customer of 12 years (my mother and sister have also had treatments done here), I suggest you go to another treatment to be treated respectfully.
