  I needed to wait for almost 2 hours from the time I came until the time I was given the prescribed medicines this morning. The receptionist wearing a nose mask is not accommodating at all! When I approached the reception, she just stared at me!!! Waiting for me to speak!

  Horrible service. I had to pay the full consultation fee just for information which the receptionist should have given. Utterly disgusting!!!
