We had an issue with the Jenan trays of eggs we bought in Choitrams Abu Dhabi - through NowNow app. We thought that our issue will just be ignored, just like what Choitrams and NowNow did when we raised the issue. But Jenan's excellent customer service saved the day. They really strived to meet their customer's satisfaction and expectation. They exerted much effort to reach out to us and solve the issue. Their advertisement about quality product and services is not just a press release but a true reality. Job well done to the whole Jenan team. God bless always!
