Fantastic hotel on the walk with all the amenities and things to do within walking distance. Child friendly has made our stay very relaxing. Highly recommended.

We checked in JA Ocean a few days back.
The room was very nicely done up and house keeping throughout was superb.
All the staff was very warm and helpful, Mery at the concerge went out of her way to assist us with our commutes.
Girls at the children play club were very nice to our daughter.
The hotel is very nicely located and overall it was a great experience.response / report this review -

Great value for money for Dubai beach hotel! Staff is amazing, professional, friendly and very helpful.
Breakfast fantastic more than enough choice, and diner also where good!
Rooms big and welcoming, choice of pillows and anything you can think off.
Definitely recommend this hotel if it's for couple of days or business and would like to use the beach.
Not recommended for families with young kids, or if in Dubai for quiet and relaxing holiday, night clubs too much noise and very lively during the weekend nights till 3-4am street noise (from cars, people and bars).response / report this review -

Really nice hotel on JBR. Good location near shops, restaurants and the beach. The hotel provide a beach kit (towels, parasols) to use at the beach. Breakfast buffet is as expected. Overall a decent hotel.

My husband and myself have just returned from our holiday to Dubai staying in the J A Ocean View Hotel. It was simply amazing from beginning to end. We have travelled alot over the years but have to say this has been one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Beautiful bedroom with a stunning view of the Arabian Gulf. Staff could not do enough for you. Stayed half board and so glad we did. The food was delicious and plenty of choices. Everything was so clean and tidy. Alot of work goes into the presentation of the food and this hotel excelled this. Thank you J A Ocean View for making it a fantastic and memorable vacation. This hotel deserves to be rated a 5 star if not higher. Great location, great hotel. Thank you J A Ocean View.

Excellent value fora Dubai beach hotel. The staff were amazingly helpful across the board. We were a large wedding party with kids and the staff couldn’t do enough. The rooms are large and clean and great breakfasts. Will certainly be back again. Only downside is pool in shade all day. ( but that will be a blessing in the summer. )

Everything good for a few days stopover in Dubai. I did like breakfast buffet (yummy!). Hotel has partner hotel with nice pool and beach, connecting guests with a shuttle. Location near marina not so central, but taxi can take you anywhere.

Absolutely amazing stay. We arrived super early and was able to check in early to an upgraded room for a small fee only. My boyfriend got cake delivered to the room on his bday and the housekeeping was excellent. All the little details and the hotel had great facilities - free beach bag with all the necessities and free shuttle. Loved it. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Good clean hotell, the staff is nice and the view is awesome. Breakfast is great, but the restaurant in the evening leaves more to desire. The pool area is nice, but unfortunately it's in the shade the better part of the afternoon (in December).

Fantastic staff, lovely spacious rooms, perfect location.
Stayed at JA Ocean View in Marina for a week, all inclusive.
Rooms are great, clean, Elemis toiletries provided. Amazing views of the Palm and Atlantis from the balcony.
All the staff is so friendly and lovely. Ate at the Arabic restaurant by the pool few times, Daniel our waiter was always helpful and funny. Bar by the pool is perfect for chilling out with cocktails in the evening.
Had a great meal at Girders outdoor garden. Staff makes you feel welcome, from waiter to concierge everyone is helpful and friendly.
Hotel provides free shuttle to several malls, Dubai mall with Burj Khalifa and historical places in old city, Gold and Spice souk etc.
Hotel also provides beach mat, umbrella and towels for the beach which across the road. Great service, great food, would highly recommend this place.response / report this review -

Hello there
I am a tour guide who came to pick up guests from your hotel . the girl at reception ( Virginia ) ,,, was not paying attention or even looking at me while talking to her. .. which was not good service at all she was free at this time ,,, she had no other person there but me only ,,, she ignored me & was talking to her college. .. not happy at all .

The hotel is in the heart of The Walk on JBR, from the beginning till end the hotel staff were absolutely brilliant, very helpful and any faults they were there straight away to the room to help you out with the problem. Also have to give a big thank you to Kristena who welcomed us and upgraded us for free, and was at hand to book executions and any of the free bus shuttles to other locations for us, she even organised us so we could have a room till we left the hotel in the evening, because check out time was 11am, overall the hotel and staff were brilliant and the best hotel I have been to by far so far.

Hotel is even better than the description & photos. Everywhere is spotless & staff can't do enough for you.Buffet restaurant excellent, if u can't find something to eat there, there is something wrong with u. Free shuttles leave 4 times a day to 4 major malls, gold and spice Souks, Karma (knockoff market) and sister hotel beach.The beach outside is public so u have to pay for sunbeds, they give u a beach kit with 2 towels, large mat and umbrella.Taxis very cheap. Big Bus tours stop outside. Mall of Emirates, 30mins away, Dubai Mall 1hr. Creek over 1hr. Pics from Floor 12, all rooms have good views.

Stayed at this excellent hotel for 10days .rooms large and very clean. Brilliant view from 19th floor across the gulf . Staff very professional,helpful and very very friendly . Restaurants a plenty .food great loads of choice for different tastes . Would recommend this hotel. Will be returning very shortly .great

Beautiful hotel and great customer service, 4 stars because when we got there they had a fire drill meaning after a long journey had to wait an additional 3 hours before we could sleep!

Service minded and pleasant staff, interior is up to date. Supplies a great beach kit to use on the local beach (50m away). Breakfast is massive with a lot of variation.
