  Extremely terrible service. Mazhar at IAP rental would only verbally communicate with me confirming my request. When I asked for written confirmation he then informed me of the complete opposite to what had been discussed and confirmed on the phone. Leaving me with no lighting equipment a day prior to my shoot!
