  I am never usually one to write a review but felt that on this occasion Mehul and his team had gone so far out of their way to meet my requirements that I had no choice but to leave some glowing feedback.
  
  Whilst on holiday in Dubai for a week, my husband and I were keeping an eye out for a very specific piece of jewellery and so headed to the Gold and Diamond Park one evening thinking we would have the best chance of finding what we were looking for there. We were there a good few hours (my poor husband!) and visited most stores, but couldn't quite find the right thing. Amongst the shops we visited was House of Windsor, where Mehul spent at least 30 minutes going through his stock and pricing up options for us.
  
  We left with about 5 business cards from various stores and some rough price indications but no purchase, and the next day I emailed all 5 contacts with the final brief, to make a necklace out of 4 marquis diamonds, all of D or E colour and vs2 clarity (at the worst), and most importantly I wanted all stones to be GIA certified (having never bought from Dubai before and being a bit uncertain of what I would get I hoped the international GIA standard would prevent me overpaying for lesser quality 'in house' rated stones- probably completely ridiculous but it gave me some comfort!).
  
  Not only did Mehul respond within a few hours, he sent through a comprehensive spreadsheet detailing each stone in terms of dimensions (they all needed to be a very similar shape), clarity, colour and certification standard. Of all 5 stores I contacted, his stones were by far the closest match in terms of dimensions, and he was the only store to be able to provide all 4 stones GIA certified (one store could do 2 GIA stones and then 2 in house certified, another store could do 3 GIA certified and 1 IGI certified but the stones varied hugely in size, two stores never even responded). Crucially, his prices were also the most competitive (and I wouldn't have expected that given his stones were the best standard).
  
  Whilst I debated whether to actually go ahead, Mehul ordered in all of the stones (flying in 2 from abroad!) without me even knowing, so that in the event that we decided to go ahead with him that he wouldn't disappoint by not having the stones ready.
  
  By this time, having still not confirmed the order and with only 24 hours left in Dubai, Mehul had his team of craftsmen start making the necklace, so that it would definitely be ready if I decided to buy it, saying that he would sell it in the shop should we not want it.
  
  Inevitably, when we went to go and see the finished piece it was beyond what either my husband or I were expecting, and subsequently I am now the extremely proud owner of a custom made, bespoke necklace. No only did Mehul go ahead and take the risk (and incur the cost) of flying the stones in and having his team make up the necklace, it really is of the highest standard, which has been confirmed by an independent jeweller back home in London.
  
  Besides the quality of the necklace itself, I can't recommend Mehul enough for his customer service throughout. His emails were thorough (for a difficult client like me!), he always responded very promptly, and nothing was too much trouble. When collecting the necklace, he even took us up to his workshop to see how things were made (fascinating!) and even had my engagement ring and wedding band cleaned for me!
  
  Lastly, and as a final endorsement, within 30 minutes of leaving the Park wearing my new necklace, I was complemented in the ladies loos at a restaurant by a complete stranger on my 'beautiful' necklace!
  
  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend House of Windsor to anybody looking for diamond jewellery, and will certainly not be going anywhere else from now on.

  Very friendly and personal service. I can recommend House of Windsor for engagement rings and wedding bands! Choose your setting, select the best stone, and just have your perfect ring put together!
