It was absolutely fantastic – I am a very tough customer normally but everything about the service and product was extremely professional. The cake looked exactly as it did on the website, they were very quick to turn it around and were in contact all the time. Everyone was blown away by the look and taste. Well done House of Cakes - I wish everyone ran their business like you do!

I order a few cakes in the last couple of months and I am always very pleased with my orders. Great variety of flavors, and very good looking designs. Lovely customer service and I am amazed with the fast reactions from the team to complete last minute orders.

Super disappointed with the cake I sent my mum for her birthday! The colours were different and I personally felt the effect wasnt great. I wish they would have told me they cake would have differenr colours.

I ordered from them so many times and its always looking great ans tasting amazing , Delivery always on time no stress at all , you Always get a confirmation call 2 days prior to your delivery date reviewing all the details. They can provide your order very fast like I ordered a cake on a Wednesday to be delivered the following Thursday and it all worked out so smoothly . Would order from them again and again .

You are the best and was happy to deal with y I was in a hurry for the cake just during 3 hours I ordered they make it ready and send to my house and the cake was so delicious and tasty 👍🏻 nice service

Didn't have the time to shop around for my wife's B'day cake and found the site. Was unsure when i ordered but what i got was more that what I seen and expected from the team. Super job on the design, the taste and an overall top job. Will be ordering soon and will recommend them to anyone I can. Keep up the good work people come back for quality and you don't find this around much now

I made my order from Europe for dubai. Sent the pictures of cupcakes I Wanna have. The team was very helpful and customer friendly. Also when I needed to change the delivery address on the delivery date! All was handled great.
