  Worst bank ever! I have withdrawn money from an ATM machine and it wasn't dispensed. When I called their CS, they said they can't help me over the phone so I had to go to their branch in Rigga and file a dispute there. It's been over a week, nothing has been refunded! When I called to follow up, they all had no idea what was going on. Even if I had a complain/dispute form signed and stamped by them, they could not find it in their system!

  The worst bank in UAE, very slow staff and procedures, nothing move until u go and complain multiple times and follow up on your request hundred times, everything is manual, online banking sucks, you can't even download your monthly statement! This bank is really 10 years backdated.

  Worst bank ever! Unprofessional super slow staff, they keep making mistakes, don't understand the customers, actually they don't really care about customers. They all have no idea what they're doing and talking about.

  The worst bank ever, the agents and the managers are slow to understnad what u want. They stole from me 4 salaries after they delayed my loan 5 months.
  Evrything written on the contract was totally the opposit whe it came to reality.
  Do never work with them !!

  Oh God the worst Banking experience ever !! The only mistake is done in my life that I have taken a loan from CBI Bank, they have really ruined my portfolio. No email replay, no value for customers, no focus.
