Best thing is that its interconnected with dragon mart 2.the mall is great with good coffee shops.the breakfast of ibis is amazing.with nice ambience.

A decent stay. Room was spacious enough except the shower room which I think is too small for the whole size of the room. There were more spaces that could've been more useful than looking empty. The TV is too small and too far from the bed. I'm just not sure if the shower gel and shampoo were in a 2 in 1 pack. I like the art pieces on the wall specially the one on top of the head board. The room is clean and cozy and over all it was a nice stay.

Good for a quick night. Close with an entrance to Dragon Mart 2. All rooms are non smoking.

Good for money. We hired a family room for 4 people. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good too. Walking distance to shopping center.

We had a marvelous stay in Dubai at Ibis Hotel. Wonderful interiors, very good service and some excellent dining too, must recommend the hotel's Restaurant for some exquisite salmon dishes. Very reasonably priced too for a luxury hotel. My only regret is that i got fractured and couldn't enjoyed much. But deffinetly i will go again

It's good, clean and value for what you pay for. One problem is there is no Windows in the room so to yet feel of fresh breeze you have to go outside. Further there is no valet parking and no one to carry your luggage.

December 2017 : From 4 to 5 star. I do recommend this hotel

Nothing is given in the room. No cups (just 2 plastic cups provided), no forks/spoons, no lotion/shampoo etc. Shower cubicle is too small. Bedside drawers are too small (only the telephone and wallet can be kept). Basically the room facilities have been budgeted. good for those who have never stayed in a hotel. Maximum stay one night. Not recommend at all.

Very nice and clean place. Feel comfy. People from here are nice as well, the cleaning man "Shamha"(maybe I spell the name wrong?) is super kind to help me on questions and always have smile on. 5 stars!

Extremely noisy hotel. Kids running around in the lobby and screaming for over an hour at 23:00. They were so loud, that they could still be heard several floors above the lobby. Even after phoning receiption twice, nothing was done about it. Noise from the street on the window side. No room service - food ordered needs to be picked up in the lobby. Foul stench in the room every night.Relatively far out from Dubai CBD. Limited parking space when hotel is fully booked. Way too expensive when one considers the limited service one receives. No hair dryer in the rooms. False fire alarm woke everyone at 06:45 one morning. No staff members informed people what was going on - hectic and chaos!

A very clean place to stay if you're visiting Dubai for the Dragon Marts 1 & 2 and it's 15 minutes aways from the Airport.

You have direct access to the to marts and you don't have to worry about taxis.

The rooms are a two person occupation only, otherwise you'd feel crowded. The bed / pillows situation is comfy in my opinion.

The complimentary water was filled even if you still have not used your daily 2 bottles of water, which is pretty cool.

The bathroom floor towels were some days not replaced, just taken without replacement.

Breakfast menu can be boring if you are staying there for a week or so.

You can hear people walking and talking in the hallway while you're in the room which can be annoying sometimes.

Short Story: If you are visiting Dubai for the Dragon marts, this place is for you.

Hotel is very quiet, clean, bed matrix is very comfortable and the hotel is interconnected with dragon mall 2, breakfast was good.

There is no valets parking and no assistance for baggages.

In general, the hotel is excellent and the rate is excellent too.

Bed mattresses were a little hard. Also there are cheaper better options out there. But my stay was comfortable and staff were terrific!

i checked in at 11:55pm on 24th May. First person I encountered was a Pilipino lady(in particular) at the reception. She was not professional, she didn't smile, she misguided me saying I won't be able to stay since my ID wasn't valid, She calls her manager and when he double checked he said its Ok and my ID was valid.

Very unprofessional and this is not something a guest should be expecting upon their arrival especially after a flight.

Hotel facility is 4/5.
Staff is 1/5 didn't find them helpful and friendly. It seemed they were bored of their job.

Nice and clean rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Continental, American, Middle Eastern, or have it your way. Clean lobby, faces dragon mall, also direct entry to more shopping malls and great restaurants including America Chili's restaurant.
