  Terrible company!
  You get the perception you are getting German quality, however the interaction with their sales team is as if you are dealing with some small cheap unknown brand.
  Their warranty on their products is shocking. It is the shorticed warranty and doesn't cover the entire door and motor and all electrical. Their warranty isn't worth paying the premium for a Hormann Garage door.
  They outsource their installation to a third party and if you ever need to sell the door or move it to your next home, you are in for a world of pain as their referral/contact doesn't respond in a timely manner and inflates their restallation fee as he pleases. And Hormann themselves will definitely not help you any further.
  We tried to sell our garage door as we were tenants and lost countless offers due to the lack of response from their referral.
  Their German quality starts and ends with their label on the door and the rest is just terrible service and communication

  I love this place and their products are high quality and very tough that last long, I mean it’s a real investment. The only problem is the installation scheduling because they are always busy as they have a big load of projects but I really recommend it. Coming back for the next project

  When it comes to residential or industrial garage doors they are the best, they really know what they are doing, they have a wide range of styles, colours and types. The doors can be operated by a switch, remote or smart phone app, their safety features are better than any other company.
  Conclusion = don't waste you time, you won't find a better door.
