We needed a few small handyman fixes around the house before we moved out. We feels FixitDubai is 1st class in customer service. They charge by the hour, but they was very expedient and knocked out everything in one hour. Handyman was very professional and we talked while he worked to not make us feel like "customers", but more like friends. I'd recommend them for all your household fixes!!!”

I called FixitDubai after a coworker used & recommended them. So I too decided to give them a try. From the first call to a finished job it was the most professional service. I like to thank the handyman, Who came on time, did the job right, with no hassle and was knowledgeable about the minor works I needed. They came and done the job on time. Thank You FixitDubai. FixitDubai Handyman may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. A job well done”

I needed some handyman work done on my home. After another Company no showed on two occasions, I called FixitDubai. I was able to schedule a time at my convenience. The Handyman team showed up promptly as scheduled. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the work of FixitDubai and highly recommend this Top Notch Company.”

Do not let these people anywhere near your home!!!!!!
Terrible service!!!!!!
Quality of work is even worste!!!!!!
The task was to repair a ceiling water tank leak, replace pipe, paint the ceiling leak patch, cut an area to enable the fit and plumb of a dishwasher (This did not arrive on time so no plumbing to do, however still charged on invoice).
1. I asked them to be on time because I will cancel work commitments. They were late on the first inspection (1 hour). They promised to be on time for next visit to do repairs. After calling to express my disappointment, they turned up 1 Hour 30 minutes late for the second visit to complete the required task. Maybe if they have a third visit it will be 2 hours late. lol
2. They came first visit with nothing to cover work space in case of mess. They returned for the second visit with nothing to cover and left silicon drops to dry on the work surface and on the floor. Needless to say, I am on hands and knees scrubbing and cleaning.
3.They claim to have painted the ceiling, but they did not. There is still a heavy brown patch from the leak. The worker told me don't worry, it takes maybe 3 to 4 hours to dry white. When I noticed he had not done a proper job, I called the main centre to explain. He came back with no paint and said "don't worry, maybe it takes 4 or 5 days to dry white color". I guess he just wanted to leave and said anything at the top of his head to get me off his case.
4. They used silicon as wood filler. Clearly the worng application and if you see the way they have applied this. He even brought the silicon gun with no nozzle. And oh my days!!! So messy, a 5 year old would have a neater finish and quality of work. I thought he was joking when he left.
I will be following up with them to have the work done properly.
My advice is to find someone else for your home handy man repair jobs.response / report this review
