  Bought a sofa set that turned out to have faulty inner stitching from Homes r Us that I didn't notice at the time. After a very short while the stitches were torn open.
  
  The customer service tried to replace my set with an older piece that they had in their store. When I refused and asked for a new set they were very rude over the phone and basically said it's either this or nothing!
  
  My husband and I went back to the store and met the supervisor, who again tried to give us the old piece in the showroom. On inspection, that turned out to have faulty inner stitching as well!
  
  And that's it! They don't want to fix or replace my sofa, and their customer service agents just don't care.
  
  Always make sure to buy your furniture from a store that provides at least 6 months warranty. Unfortunately, expensive purchases don't guarantee good service
  
  Totally regretting my purchase from Homes R Us now

  A classy furniture shop with styles varying from ethnic to contemporary, baroque to shabby chic and many more.
  Price range around medium high but well worth the money spend.

  I ordered chairs for my dining table. The sales staff told me that it will match my dining table but after they delivered, I found in the day light, I did not like the color that was off a little, I called the store for the return. They were very nice to take the chairs back and refund my money
