Better not to order pcr from them. Appointment is confirmed and they don't come. Don't waste your time.

Horrible. You can only reach on whatsapp and they ignore you for 3 hours and finally give you a time hours later. They tested my son yesterday and today I wanted a retest and since 9am I been messaging them and they are telling lies they dont have the location when I sent it several times today and yesterday. The level of incompetence is unbelievable and when it comes to your family health it is just unacceptable. To the person who ignored me when I messaged and called on number 544774028 DO YOUR JOB and stop playing with peoples health.

Very disappointed from ur service , I spoke to them 10 in the morning for un urgent pcr test , they were coming within an house, 4 hours passed they didn't come, nore answer my calls nore checking my msgs in Watts up , the pcr test was urgent, we could have done it somewhere else,,

Honestly this place deserves zero stars. They are unresponsive and don't care about their customers. Neither do they deliver on their promises, it has been 48 hours and I haven't received my PCR results yet, they said they put a rush order on the PCR result 24 hours ago.
I don't know what kind of unprofessional people are running this place but it honestly deserves to be shut down. This kind of place doesn't care who's business or travel they delay.

The nurse for the PCR was on time and very professional. However the results did not come by the provided mail and mobile number even after 36 hours, despite me having been in touch with the chat helpdesk for over 2 hrs in total where they kept reassuring me to wait.
