Had to undergo root canal treatment which is expected to be quite unbearable pain but the way Dr Anoop Azad has performed treatment was so painless that I didn't feel the completion. The way Dr Anoop and his team has dealt with me, I never felt that I am in a hospital. Quite appreciable customer service. Hats off.

I consulted Dr. Sidhalingeshwara the urology specialist. My problem was that the kidney stone. As per his advice I underwent a key hole surgery. The doctor spend four hours to break the stone, which was big and high density one. Any how after surgery also I got good treatment and care in the ward also. The fantastic job thevteam did. Thanks to the almighty and Dr. Sidha & team. Thanks universal hospital . Expect same services in the future lasso.

I visited a ENT doctor. She was bored, prescribed costly medications to benefit from the insurance for normal flu, did not ask about the cause or prevention as a way to assist the medications with their treatment. She also asked me to go to her assistant and check if he was typing the sick leave correctly when I was visibly sick. It's sad really.

I stoped by to check on my results after seeing a gynecologist 2 weeks ago, the receptionist offered an appointment at 2:00 pm, time was about 12:30, thought I should stay instead of going back to avoid being late. I’ve waited in the waiting area until 2:45 pm! I was the only one waiting , no one approached me to apologize about the delay!
Went back to the receptionist and explained to her that I’ve been waiting for very long and I have to go home for my kids, she simply handed me my insurance card and stated that doctor is in a surgery!!!

I’ve asked to see quality control or supervisor which seems not to be there ..

Zero professionalism , zero empathy .. and absolutely zero customer service.

I came to Universal Hospital where i got treatment for my lower back. Now after treatment I am able to resume job, thanks to Universal Hospital and Dr Muhammad Qazafi who saved me from paralysis. I recommend others who are suffering from same problems, must visit Dr Muhammad Qazafi in Universal Hospital.

Dr. Mohammed Qazafi, Neurosurgeon did surgery for one of my friend and now he is Mashallah feeling very well. But some pain is there still after 30 days.

The hospital is very clean and organized. They allowed us to enter to the doctor on the same time we booked, even there was a lot of walking-in patients.

We visited Dr Fazia Rafeek, for our son 4 months check up, she was very decent, but we feelt like she is trying to give him any medicine as long as it will be covered by the insurance, which we don't like and we didn't get the medicine she wrote for him.

The hospital also have a good wifi connection. They also provides a valet parking for your car to avoid wasting time try to find a place.

He satisfied my friend very very well and he is still taking care of him

i'm really upset with your services that you provided in ICU department , the nurse who answered my call was not helpful at all and she was really rude ,i follow up about my relative medical report since September 11th when i requested for that and till now it was not prepared ,i need the medical report urgently ,this is not a matter to play with . she told me to come and speak to the doctor personally about the medical reports!! when the first time i requested for this the nurses told me that they will request for it which means I don't need to see the doctor personally!!!!!!
