Worst customer service ever. No one with authority ever shows face or is reachable. bad quality products. Broke within 6 months of use when the warranty is for 2 years. It's clearly a manufacturing fault which the company is not even reaching out.

I dont believe on their material any more . There sofa last only 3 years and it was expensive one .
