The best place to be for a short stay in Al Ain. With a variety of restaurants boasting multiple cuisines, everyone will mostly find something he or she likes. The meeting rooms are spacious and the staff are super-willing to help. Good luck to Al Ain Rotana.

Rooms are very well designed and contemporary without suffering the comfort and ease of your stay. I love that you have so much control of the lighting in the room which you can set depending on the mood you're in. Not all toiletries are provided but sure you can ask for it. The water also leaks from the shower to the bathroom floor. All in all it was a beautiful stay.

I was with some friends in Rotana, we just visited a company representative in the hotel. What i could feel and see was absolutely amazing and fantastic. Talking about the location; it's you can say absolutely in the middle of the Alain city, you've every access to all the main roads, the Jahilli Park is just beside the hotel. Its car parking was fine, the food service and staff was very friendly. You could feel like an Arabic Palace in the hotel, i simply lived it.

Everything excellent and one of the most welcoming and cooeprative staff. Deducted 1 star due to following reasons:-
1. Minibar in the rooms contain items which ARE NOT COMPLIMENTARY. I used some items after reaching in room and later on, had to pay for them. The notice for such is placed in a folded paper behind the minibar. No staff member tells you this in advance.

2. Muslim shower was not installed in washroom. Although they installed that after request but that was just a pipe. Not the typical which is used commonly.

3. No microwave in room.

The best hotel. There is not a lot you can complaint about this hotel. This is one of the very good hotels i have had the privilege to stay at. It reminds me of Marriott in chandigarh and Best Western Inn in Surakarta. The facilities are amazing the view is exquisite and the staff is super nice. The gym at this place is amazing with spas and steam baths. The swimming pool is beautiful and the vibes of this place is always positive. Loved staying here and looking forward to coming back here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was spacious with all the little comforts available. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious and not to be missed. The pool was super clean and there was even a jacuzzi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and again. Highly recommended.

Very bad experience.
The rooms have smells very bad. The room next to us were to loud. So I called the reception to complain. Instead of them to send someone to tell them to keep it down, they told me to move other room.. it means if you ever complaint, then we'll move you out!!

We just stopped there quickly to have a pee to be honest. We had a baby emergency. I do recall the reception area was stunning. All I can say is that the bathrooms are great. Clean and they provide hand towels which is always a treat. Here is a pic of my babies knee while we rushed to the toilet :-) the staff were also very friendly. Thanks

Best hotel in al ain. Staff are very welcoming the first 3 days you stay. They start to get rude the longer you stay there.

Have had the pleasure of being a guest of the Rotana as I am a resident of Al Ain. With that being said I've seen many changes made which is all for the better. Specifically to the poolside menu. Before hand the menu was lacking but has now been revamped, with MUCH more to choose from. I indulged in the decedent chicken wings and the flavors were superb. The crispness and the succulent flavors that danced on my tongue like little unicorns will not be forgotten. My only gripe was the amount of bbq sauce that my poor chicken wings were swimming in (AND another large side of BBQ sauce accompanied the dish!!). Keep the sauce on the side or just a simple light coating of BBQ sauce will suffice. Sometimes less is more. Overall looking forward to my next meal there. Many thanks!
