This is indeed the best Hair Salon in Dubai. From Consultation to Finish, the Hair Stylist fulfill my expectations to a much higher degree than I expected. He cut my hair extremely well and fix my Frizzy Hair with excellent customer service. Will recommend Highlight Salon!!!

One of the best saloon with friendly and best staff. Did hair treatment and my hair is looking great now. Vishal the stylist is too good and knows what hair style suits you and what hair treatment you should go for. Got ombre done with Ely today. Outstanding service for the price. I showed him a picture of a very bright blonde colour and he gave me exactly what I asked for! My hair has lightened so much and there was zero damage to my hair. 5 stars!

Honestly after reading the reviews online on social media I was a bit skeptical of what to expect. As usual I said to myself I'll give it a try. Went to Melia Hotel first of all, a very cute and cozy Hotel. When I walked in the Salon, I was greeted by the senior hair stylist Marlin, and she suggested and advised what type of Anti frizz I should go for. I ended up doing the Protein GK treatment and so far have no regrets at all. The staff at the Salon are amazing, kudos! Marlin spent nearly 5 hours working on my hair and still smiling and chatting! Got a great hair cut by Ely as well, and met Tanya too who was really friendly. Loved the Salon and definitely looking forward to go back!
For those reading this post and other posts that mentioned negative stuff, trust me I had one of the best experiences in Dubai here. After 3 really bad experiences with keratin and other treatments at other salons.
The owner of the salon should be really happy and proud of her staff Thank you again!

Booked an appointment at 5pm, waited until 5:20 and first then they told me I had to wait 20 more minutes.
I left and said no thank you. Not waiting for 40 minutes when I’ve booked a time. Very Unprofessional and I
waisted my time and taxi money.

I am so happy I found Highlights Salon best Salon in Dubai. I have been to few salons here and they damaged my hair with diffrent products,I was very unhappy cause now my hair has been damaged due to bleaching. But thanks to a friend who recommanded me to this salon and OMG it's fantastic they advised me that my hair needed opalex treatment and ever snice I've being coming here i have noticed a big diffrence in my hair .the staff are very friendly too thank you :)

Great service from Ely! Went in for a colour correction and Olaplex treatment and he knew exactly what I wanted. Really personalized service, great advice from experienced stylists who know what they're doing. Would highly recommend for colour services and hair treatments!

Its the best salon in dubai. I tried their keratin treatment and thanks to their staff for doing it well. I have tried keratin in a lot of salons around dubai but Highlight Salon in Melia Hotel made me satisfied for the result.

I really like Melia Dubai for its interior. While searching online for the salon i came across this one and must say i wasnt disappointed. The hairstylist Ely did some amazing job for my haircut and also offered for me to color. Not in a mood i still went for it and he took great effort to make sure my hair looks fine. i totally love the color and the style.

I am sure more of the comments here are fake and done by the salon's workers .
They are unprofessional, I have called for appointment and fixed it with them , when I arrived, there where only two person working and I waited for 1h .
After 1h the person who should do my colour hair start to argue and fin excuses that I will not be able to have the right colour because I have a black hair , so what?? Go find other work if you are not able to do your job !!!
Once I left the salon I went to one in downtown and I get the right colour that I wanted , and all the arguments he said are lies !!!
Again unprofessional and sleazy comportment .

I am a very picky person when it comes to service. I want it all. Fair price, good manners, nice environment and people who know what they're doing. I got all of that here and have never been happier with a hair cut & Hair Color. Stylist at Highlight Salon was pleasant and professional and did exactly what I wanted. One of the top worst salon in Dubai. Ruined my hair during hair treatment. Can't believe how they are in business. The manager lady said, nothing can be done as they have done their job already. I have to live with this screwed up hair for next 3 years until they grow out. Disgusting attitude.
