  My exprience in this salon was very good,i did hair cut the cut was awesome done by geeta paur her work is excelent,i try again next service in this salon..

  UPDATE: 3rd nail just popped off while putting on underwear for anyone who thought doing laundry was in fact to rigorous an activity for extentions
  
  Let me start by saying my nail tech Hansani was such a wonderful human! She was gentle and sweet. Made my nails look great! I wish she worked anywhere else so I could continue to hire her.
  
  Everything else about this salon that was awful. I bought a Groupon I paid 189 for extentions. When I messaged to make my appointment they said they didn't have a nail tech who could provide that service(red flag 🚩 1: don't sell something you can not provide)
  
  188 isn't bad tho and I had already paid for it, so I messaged a month later asking if the nail tech was back. There was some hassle even booking an appointment but we finally sorted it. (Red flag 🚩 2: why is a customer fighting for an appointment)
  
  3 days later 2 of my nails are broken from doing laundry. I've been getting my nails done since I was 15 years old and never have I had nails fall off which such ease, doing a very low impact house hold job ok fine.. it happens. (See photos) (red flag 🚩 3: bad product)
  
  But then I messaged the salon and was met with this reply "Good afternoon mam.🙂Mam u should not do laundry when u had done acrylic .👍" (see photos) (red flag 🚩 4: very bad customer service)
  
  Whhhaattttttt!??!?! I shouldn't do laundry with nails???
  
  After reading the reviews here it seems whatever products they are using are not great! Their customer service is worse tho. I'm actually in awe here lol who says that to a customer?

  I did my hair extensions and manicure and pedicure last night it was amazing .The salon was spacious , everything was neat and clean .I love and enjoy the service s in Herz
