  Hertz office in Abudhabi has no manager, very rude staff and you have any issues or questions you will not be served specially if you are resdince in Abu Dhabi just they act like get the **** out of the office we don’t want see you any more , any way higher management want it like this

  I just want to warn everyone here that they should definitely take their business elsewhere. This branch of hertz is probably the most dishonest car rental company I have ever dealt with and I'm a consultant and have rented cars hundreds of times so had thought I had seen it all. Once I reported the issue to their management, Hertz Abu Dhabi reached out to me and assured that they were going to resolve the issue for me. It has been several months since I was taken advantage of by one of their sales associates and they have done absolutely nothing except maybe forget about my complaint and their promise to resolve it. The guy at the rental place sold me insurance I didn't want or need by promising to me that it was the insurance I needed to go to Oman. Once I arrived at the border it became clear he did not sell me Omani insurance and instead sold me some primo insurance for the UAE. Seeing as I never intended to drive the car in the UAE except to get to the border it makes no sense to have the Cadillac insurance.
  
  Anyways word to the wise: rent with someone else. These guys are gonna screw you anyway they can.

  The customer service was good. But unfortunately the Toyota Corolla I rented was very basic (didn't have any good options). Also the Salik was charged very late and I was told that I will get an e-mail for Salik charge, but I didn't.

  Hertz Abu Dhabi is probably the most unprofessional and dishonest car Rental Company I have ever had to deal with. I was misled entirely by their staff, specifically a man named Kishwar Zia Haji Mohammed. Zia had told me that I was only going to be charged for my Oman insurance as I was only taking the car into Oman and therefore didn’t require the Abu Dhabi full insurance. Upon returning the vehicle in Abu Dhabi his other colleague presented me with a receipt and stated it was for the “Oman insurance” and told me to sign it – I did. Later I get sent a receipt for both the full Abu Dhabi insurance and my Oman insurance and therefore was very confused and called back. After speaking with Zia, who was incredibly rude might I add, they refused to refund me for the full Abu Dhabi insurance despite me not wanting it in the first place. I have rented with Hertz many times before, as well as other rental companies, and have never seen such a level of dishonesty from one of their franchises. I suggest that if you are looking for a car rental and you do not want to get ripped off that you look elsewhere

  Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service is aweful. They were contacting the wrong people. They never charged us at the right time. They are unreachable and had hidden fees. I recommend not to use this company!
