DONT use this company if you want to hire a car, you will get a booking reference and then turn up to discover there are NO available cars as they only have 3 to begin with. The woman at the desk was useless. We ended up with EuropeCar who were brilliant and helped us out in a crisis. Unlike budget lady who essentially blamed us for not getting to the desk quicker, which shouldn’t matter if my car is booked and waiting surely?

So many hidden charges.
They will make something up and give you hand written charge on agreement at drop off.
Very unprofessional.

Brutal service! Cars are worst and girls working here don’t even talk to you properly and just ignore you. It’s been 3 days that I have returned the car and still have not got the receipt. I was told that she will send me right away and I can leave. Worst!!

I rented a car from budget. The car was fine but I have been trying to get a receipt and I have sent them emails but they do not respond. I tried calling them but they do not answer the phone. The service is not what you would expect from Budget. I'm disappointed with this level of customer service.

Completely unorganized office. I arrived at 10pm and had to wait for 1 hour to get the keys of my pre-booked car, even though only 5 people were in front of me in the line. And on top, not a single word of excuse. Worst rental car experience I ever had. Other offices seemed to be much quicker and better organized.

The service I received with this company was truly spectacular.
Getting my vehicle:
When I approached the counter the employees were eager to help and working as quick as they could to process everyone very quickly.
During my rental:
During my reservation I had to extend my car rental multiple times (use this number: 02 599 6969) and every time, I was greeted with a friendly person who adjusted the rental quickly/without hassle. I also had an issue with a tire that kept deflating, and they drove a replacement car out to my hotel to swap vehicles for me.
Returning my rental:
I was in a rush when I returned my car and the team could tell I was in a rush and helped process me as quickly as they could.response / report this review -

I made a reservation by phone , someone gave a price and booked the car , when I went to the office price went hight around 200 for no reason.. I told them this is not a right way to deal with customers , There is a gentleman his name Mohammad tried his best to fix the problem and gave me more discount which good but still high , at least not like paying 200 .. for me this is the last time I will book car from Budget around the WORLD ..
