  after 3 months and 3 not answered mails they still have not give me my warranty back and i will press charges against them. do not trust them.!!!!

  Returning a car picked up in Dubai and the desk was initially unmanned and no one was attending the phone. Luckily, I am staying at the Premier Inn making the drive to the SkyPark Plaza a very short one.
  
  There are no instructions given as to how and where to return the car at this location. I had to park at the premier inn and ask the nearby Avis counter employee, who was courteous and prompt in her response.
  
  You have to park at level 4 of the SkyPark and there are - thankfully - signs posted to direct you to the right level. Once you are at the right level, you just park and walk right into the hallway and the car rental offices are right there.

  This is a principle when you do something in Abu Dhabi. The place is a crossover of different cultures. Do not get carried away thinking that you are back in your home country. This applies also here.
