  They didn’t have the car I have booked, and wanted to convince me that another car is of the same category and obviously it wasn’t so they upgraded me to a sedan while I had ordered an suv promising to replace it in the next couple days. After several follow up calls I still had no replacement.
  Finally when I returned the car some hidden fees were on the bill!! definitely not recommended.

  Never again. I had a 1x1mm scratch that is not really visible. They told me that I need a police report for this. Nice to know that I have to check my rental car daily and call the police for each scratch. The Full Insurance is totally useless. After that they forced me to sign a sheet that I agree to pay for the repair.
