unprofessional behavior from Dr. Basel during our visit yesterday, just because we have delayed 7 Minutes from an road accident; the road was closed by the police and it takes 15 minutes until the lines moved; however, once my wife entered the clinic, he say to here that the delay is not allowed in my clinic and your are not welcomed again if this happens; even she starting explains to him the situation by showing him the photos of the road accident, the answer from him was I don’t care ; if you come to my clinic even during your day off, if you have to leave your house 5 hours early do it.
unfortunately; his attitude is very bad with his clients, not like normal doctors, it seems that he still behaving like Army!
i don't recommend this clinic for anyone.response / report this review -

I have been treated with the worst attitude today for being 7 minutes late to the doctor's appointment, i tried to explain and even took a screen shot of the accident we faced on the road but the doctor's response was i don't want ti see anything and i don't care if you have to leave your house 5 hrs earlier to be on time for my appointment . I would never come back there.
Edit: your response clearly describes the aggressive attitude i am talking about . well, you are not the center of the universe and your appointment is not the only thing a person has to do during his day so i would leave my house 5 hrs earlier to make it on time .
It is clearly not about other patients since i didn't meet any during my two visits otherwise you could simply compensate the time i was late and deduct it from my consultation time .
Treating patients is not only with medication it is also with the attitude you give them . It was not a free appointment BTW.response / report this review -

The clinic is very clean… and the nurses specially Mary are giving honest and excellent advise on treatments.

Dr. Indira Priyadarshini is the best Doctor I ever consulted in my 10 years of mental health struggle. The warmest person who made me feel so comfortable within minutes of talking to her. It's just over a month and I could see a huge difference in my mental health. I'm so glad I got to find her. She so easily talked me out of my fears and anxiety. Thank you for the care and help Doctor 💖

Doctor Darwish is amazing and professional. He patiently found the right medication for my condition and I can not thank him and his team enough. The staff and nurses are caring and kind. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars.
