I've had a very good experience at Gulf Diagnostic, the receptionist was kind and cheerful. The process went smoothly and my average waiting time was about 15 minutes just as the receptionist had estimated. the waiting wasn't too bad as there was a coffee machine and a tv in the waiting area. The doctor was very professional and his nurse was quite helpful.

I am not a patient in this hospital. But i came 3 times here to get Tamiflu capsules as they are the main stockists in Abu Dhabi. Unlikely other hospital, you need to open your file here first before you can get prescribed medicines. I can not say they are not great but their people do not know how to smile. Very different if compared to the hospital i used to visit. And they have limit parking space. Only premium paid parking there.

I was called because they had an empty slot in an hour with the dermatologist. So l when there, and I get 10 min. before the appointment time. One hour later I give up. No reasons, and no apologies.

Their laser machine is literally always under maintenance. I have only talked to Janet from the laser treatment and the staff at the desk and i have to say other than Janet the receptionist always have no idea what theyre talking about, they always transfer the call to no one and i kept waiting until the line dropped. I have complained many times and they simply dont care. Other than the treatment, my family members who went there (Im writing on their behalf) had a very bad experience. I do not recommend this to anyone.

I was a new patient at GDC today. They registered me and let me see a GP well-under 10 minutes. I was out of the hospital and with my prescriptions within 20 minutes. The doctor was attentive, she listened and dealt with me efficiently. I was feeling very sick and agitated before I went to see the doctor, and by the afternoon I am feeling much better already. Such doctors and professionals deserve to be recognised and appreciated - thank you and I hope you maintain the excellent service.

Gulf Diagnostic Center Hospital is one of the best hospitals in Abu Dhabi. I have received a wonderful service from the Department of Nursing and Quality of reception. They have amazing and friendly smile with the patient. Thank you also to all the workers in the Department of MRI, and thank you for the service department.

Very pooe service. I waited an hour and a half with an appointment whilst the dr allowed walk in patients to br seen before those with appointments. When the dr finally saw us he smelt strongly of cigarettes which is unacceptable for a pediatrician seeing patients with asthma. The staff are impolite and have no customer service skills. This centre has unfortunately gone downhill.

Sadly the hospital isn't clean. Most of the staff are not nice and don't care. The pharmacy takes a life time to give you the medicine that's if they even have it. Usually you end up searching for the medicine in other pharmacies. There is no elevator to some departments in the hospital so you have to take the stairs.

Poor service! Unprofessional staff ! Not recommended for emergencies! we came for an emergency case ! And they wasted our time only on the registration process ! Then we thought we can directly see the doctor! They told us u have to wait ! We spent 3 hrs waiting ! Really?! This is how u deal with an emergency? The doctor room along with the observation room is not well equipped! Really we wasted our time and money!

YOU SHOULD CONSIDER EACH CASE AS A SERIOUS CASE AND TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTIONS ACCORDINGLY!

Phoned up today to enquire about prices and what services were available, was put onto one of the dermatologists who was extremely rude and ignorant to me. She actually said to me why should I tell you for if you're interested just come down to the hospital. I would highly recommend not bothering to waste your time or money on these people.

The pediatricians here are excellent and experienced. However, ENT is very bad. My daughter almost died after a routine surgery because of a mistake the ENT surgeon still doesnt own up to until the pediatrician actually stepped in and saved her life.

It was one of the best hospitals 10 years back. Now it is surely the worst money making place. All good doctors resigned, no wonder.

Dr. Surest is an excellent internal medicine consultant, GDC is constantly improving their quality but still need to enhance their pharmacy service, the pharmacists are insisted not to dispense so many items even covered by the insurance.

The worst medical care I have ever received. The doctor which I went to was a smoker and the smell of cigarettes was coming out of him which was disgusting and made me feel more sick. He was rude (of course the smoke habit has something to do with it). How come a medical center hire a smoker to be a doctor???
