they didnt dry clean a cloth people call Dc it but they washing all the clothes in normal Washing machine in Alqozz Branch Near Madina Mall
They are big scammer in UAE charge lots of money but do nothing

Absolutely terrible. Only two positive reviews are from people that work there. They ruined my clothes and refused to do anything about it. Was warned by another reviewer but didn't believe until too late. Total scum customer service that asked me to leave the store and refused to do anything other than flash a local sponsors business card as if that would scare customers from complaining.

A couple of words come to mind. AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL and LIARS.
Half my clothes literally came back in the condition I had given them to in and my brand new all white outfit came back pink and they refused to fully reimburse me for this. They collected the clothes to be cleaned again and they came back cleaner but one of my pants still had a stain on them and so I question what exactly they do? After a week of chasing them up on my clothes--they stopped answering my phone and messages. I would never recommend to give your clothes to this company.
