  having poor customer service and destroys my garments. sent my wife's dress costing 2800 dhs and received junk. you need to chase after them for explanation and they will say that they have followed the laundry instruction.
  
  use their service again? A BIG NO!
  
  update on 19 Feb 2018: chased after the business owner and got the answer that they can only compensate USD13 for the dress they have damaged. hahahahahahahahaha

  I received someone else's white top instead of mine which they have failed to return to me. Only returned another top when I chased about the white one and also destroyed two other garments that I had to throw out so would not use them again - will be too costly

  I had an amazing experience of dry cleaning in Crisp n Clean laundry. They cleaned the stain which wasn't going through any other dry cleaning shop. So excellent stain removal chemical they posses. Apparently they had an amazing courteous staff with friendly environment. Do try it once and then you can't resist.. Thats a promise!
