This was hands down one of the most amazing yoga experiences I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked in I knew it was going to be beautiful experience. The tranquility I felt and the warm and inviting atmosphere really made me feel like I was somewhere special. The class itself didn’t disappoint I haven’t stopped raving about to my friends

Having done a lot of yoga and looking for a new place in Abu Dhabi, I was very disappointed. The studio is spacious and quiet, but the classes are exorbitantly priced - over 80dhs for the class and then if you want a mat or towel its an extra 5 each. Teacher told new students NOT to try poses if they hadn't done them before instead of helping them with variations. Very unimpressive, and certainly not in the spirit of what should be a spiritual practice.

Fantastic place with variety of yoga classes for all levels. Trainers/staff very skillful and professinal. Great atmosphere aswell
