Customer care person is very helpful and fast but the account section is very very dull .No Care of Customer I am running since 50 days to get back my extra cheques .

Very very unprofessional thier website is keep on crashing again n again n phone number is bizi continuously no other way to contact them

Very bad experience, apartments are not good enough, staff is not honest with customers, maintenance is very late and almost non-existent and they don't respect residents comfort during the evening with loud noises and maintenance at night really it was the worst experience ever.

On behalf of our mother, we wanted to thank the receptionist lady kholoud for her kindness towards our mother. She said she went to the office twice at morning around 8:40 - 8:50 before their working hours, this lady was always there and kind enough to assist our mother. Thanks.

Very unprofessional, careless, rude management, lots of miss communications, lots of big mistakes, one time they deposited my insurance cheque and I suffered with the bank my account was locked for a while and as per them it was by mistake, and now they’ve deactivated my parking card just like that to let me go to the office and see what they want instead of calling or emailing me!!!! Dealing with them is a big mistake and a big headache as well.
