  Over 2 weeks for a simple sample for 6 polo shirts job that was botched so badly.
  The embroidery was so badly done, that they blamed the logo.
  The chest area was poorly pressed by the embroidery press that it creased the shirt beyond rectifying.
  All sizes are incorrect, they have no size chart, no fabric breakdown.
  Prices changed 3 times.
  Delivered the polo shirts in crumbled bags.
  Poor communication. Wouldn't release the goods to the driver until the remaining 10% cleared into their bank account. (57 aed)
  If you are looking for corporate work, go somewhere else.

  First contacted this company in March for some quotes. Ahmad was extremely responsive, got samples ready for me very quickly and always keen to offer alternatives. They make sure that everything is agreed on before commencing with production. It takes a while to get your product, but not an unreasonable time taken. Ahmad is a great guy to work with and makes the experience great from the start!

  We have ordered some Tshirts with embroidery logo. I must say the quality is good, the communication was fast. Unfortunately the customer service was quite bad. Delivery was late, they were suppose to be finished in 5 days and when I contacted them when can I pick up the Tshirts. I found out they haven't even started yet. Received several promises, never kept. Unfortunately example of good product with bad customer service.

  The final product for my friend’s wedding favors were fantastic. All the guests in wedding ceremony, they loved these lovely towels. I will definitely visit The Uniform World again
