I pre-order for valentines day a package 3 days in advance and I was promised it will be delivered on time which it did not. First of all no one answers the phone or it goes directly to busy which doesn't make any sense!! I went on to WhatsApp them and all I get it will be delivered it is with driver and after 5pm no one answers not only they flopped my valentines day with my wife but the customer service is horrible. Do not deal with those guys ever. If I have the chance to give zero strength I would have.
