  As my experience with the maid rate is zero, they are not welling to work only wasting the time and money.

  I don't think they understand the terms ( Customer services ) very well, I faced one status with one of their staff as she gave incomplate document and no any reaction from the supervision person ..

  People working here are amazing, but the way entire system is designed is horrible. It took me exactly 14 visits to get one maid’s visa done. This all could have been completed in just 4-5 visits had there been a detailed guideline of all the documents that would be required at each step. A waste of fuel, time and effort for no reason.
